The observation deck at Taipei Songshan Airport reopened in October 2025 with a new look, changing from a simple viewing platform into a sky garden with seating, food and drink and aviation interest. The deck is on level 3 of Terminal 2.

Its main draw is the wide, unobstructed view: you can watch planes taxi, take off and land at close range and hear the engines roar past. It offers classic viewing angles for aviation fans and photographers. The coffee brand Caffe Bene has opened here, serving coffee and light meals, with seats by the windows for watching the planes.
