About
In the Dadaocheng district, it stands next to the former site of Da'an Hospital, which Jiang Weishui opened in Dadaocheng. Da'an Hospital was where Jiang Weishui practised medicine and also the main distribution office of the 台灣民報 newspaper, making it a base of the Taiwan New Culture Movement.
