The underground mall lies directly beneath Mengjia Park, between Guangzhou Street, Xiyuan Road, Heping West Road and Sanshui Street, and was Taipei's first underground shopping street with two basement levels. It is opposite Longshan Temple in Wanhua District.

Seven entrances in the park above lead down to the mall, and the mall connects with Longshan Temple MRT Station, so people can walk from the station through the mall to the Longshan Temple shopping area.
