The complex stands on new land created where the big bend of the Keelung River was straightened, close to Neihu Technology Park, Mingshui Road, the National Palace Museum and the Keelung River. The shopping centre has a main building and the Yang building, with specialist counters and restaurants on each floor.

Its 100-metre Ferris wheel was the first in Taiwan. From the wheel in the daytime, riders can watch planes taking off and landing at Songshan Airport. Next to it is a carousel for children. The Dazhi cinema has large screens and surround sound.
