About
The park lies beside Kangle Street and Lane 61 of Kangle Street, on the north bank of the Neigou Creek. In 2003 the city's maintenance engineering office turned the site into a car park.

In 2010 it was converted into park land, and the park was completed and opened in March 2011. Covering about 1 hectare, it is a green urban park. It adjoins a residential area, near Donghu Junior High School and Donghu Elementary School. Next to the park, along the Neigou Creek, is the Neigou Creek cherry blossom trail, planted and tended by the neighbourhood chief and residents. Its trees, including winter cherries and Wushe cherries, flower one after another in February and March. The park combines space for public activities with planted landscape. Facilities include a children's playground for climbing and play, pavilions where residents can meet and chat, fitness equipment and open activity space, with paths winding through the park.
