On the edge of Beitou District, this hillside park was built in 2019. The area once supplied raw materials to Taiwan's ceramics industry and has historical and cultural value.

The city's parks office later used the park's unusual sloping terrain to plant layers of flowers in alternating bands of scarlet sage, wax begonia and silver ragwort, in a display modelled on the look of the flower fields of Furano in Hokkaido. The flowers are at their best from mid-January to late February. The Guizikeng Soil and Water Conservation Area is nearby.
