It lies next to Bailu Mountain, with Wuzhi Mountain and Zhongyong Mountain in the distance, and the park covers just over 13 hectares. Built in 1979 in the style of a Chinese garden, it is a regional park with a lake of just over 10 hectares. Plants such as bald cypress, golden shower trees, Taiwan golden rain trees and azaleas flower in turn through the seasons, colouring different parts of the park. Traditional-style structures include Jindai Bridge, the Jiuqu (Nine-Turn) Bridge and the Shuixie Getai waterside pavilion.
