Taipei Mayor Hao Longbin unveiled the Ziyou Lane sign on 21 August 2012. The Zheng Nanrong Memorial Museum in the lane is on the original site of the office of the weekly magazine 《自由時代》 (Freedom Era). At the entrance are a bronze statue and a large photograph of Zheng. The solemn space holds his personal belongings, manuscripts and other memorabilia, photographs of related events, and publications of the magazine.
