    "description_en": "On Yangmingshan, Taipei Aowanda lets maple lovers see red maples without travelling to Canada or Japan, and without waiting for autumn and winter: in spring, from March to April, the garden is full of red maples. Its pines, cherry trees, cypresses, maples and camellias were all grown from saplings, so each has a distinctive shape. Black pines and maples are the most numerous and are the garden's signature plants.\n\nWhat visitors remember most is the red maples each year. Maple viewing usually takes place in autumn and winter, and the leaves only turn red after a cold front has passed. Here the maples turn red in autumn and winter too, but the peak season is March to April, mainly because all the maples are grafted Japanese varieties. Because of the variety, the new buds stay red for more than a month; then, as temperatures rise and rain falls, the chlorophyll changes and the leaves turn from red to green. There are also several varieties in different colours.",
    "description_ko": "양밍산에 있는 타이베이 아오완다(台北奧萬大)에서는 캐나다나 일본까지 가지 않아도, 가을이나 겨울을 기다리지 않아도 붉은 단풍을 볼 수 있어요. 봄인 3~4월에 정원 가득 단풍이 붉게 물들어요. 정원의 소나무, 벚나무, 柏, 단풍나무, 동백은 모두 묘목부터 키워서 저마다 모양이 독특해요. 가장 많은 것은 黑松과 단풍나무이고, 이 정원을 대표하는 나무예요.\n\n방문객이 가장 기억하는 것은 해마다 물드는 붉은 단풍이에요. 보통 단풍 구경은 가을과 겨울에 하고, 한파가 지나가야 잎이 붉어져요. 이곳 단풍도 가을과 겨울에 붉어지지만, 가장 좋은 때는 3~4월이에요. 정원의 단풍나무가 모두 일본 품종을 접붙인 것이기 때문이에요. 품종 특성상 새순이 한 달 넘게 붉은색을 띠어요. 그 뒤 기온이 오르고 비가 내리면서 엽록소가 변해 잎이 붉은색에서 초록색으로 바뀌어요. 색이 저마다 다른 여러 품종도 있어요.",
    "description_ja": "陽明山にある台北奧萬大では、楓の紅葉が好きな人が、カナダや日本まで出かけなくても、また秋や冬を待たなくても、紅葉を見ることができます。春の3月から4月には、園内が紅葉した楓でいっぱいになります。園内の松、桜、柏（ヒノキ科の針葉樹）、楓、椿はすべて苗木から育てられたため、それぞれ独特の形をしています。最も多いのは黒松と楓で、この庭園を代表する植物です。\n\n来園者の印象に最も残るのは、毎年の楓の紅葉です。紅葉狩りはふつう秋から冬にかけて行われ、寒波が通り過ぎたあとでないと葉は赤くなりません。ここの楓も秋冬に紅葉しますが、最も見ごろなのは3月から4月です。これは、楓がすべて日本の品種を接ぎ木したものだからです。品種の特性により、新芽は1か月以上赤いままで、その後、気温の上昇と雨の影響で葉緑素が変化し、葉は赤から緑へと変わります。色の異なる品種もいくつかあります。",
