The station brought in Jimmy Liao's paintings, giving it a modern look. There are six large colour murals in the station. They are illustrations from Jimmy Liao's book 地下鐵 ('Subway'), enlarged and fired onto enamel panels set into the walls; only one is a new work, bringing together characters from Jimmy Liao's earlier books.
